Contemporary trends in raising gifted and talented children

“Towards National Strategy for Gifted Children” 

The human element is the real wealth of society and talented people come to the top of that wealth given their innate ability to face the challenges of age. Therefore, revealing them, supporting them and investing in their talents is what matters to societies that seek economic, scientific, and technological progress.

Human Factor is considered the real wealth of all communities and talented people are on top of that wealth due to their innate ability to face the challenges of all times. Therefore, reveling talented children and supporting them to invest their talents is what societies seek to push their economies, scientific and technological progress forward.

In this sense comes the idea of the Childhood first Association organizing an international conference addresses raising gifted and talented children by bringing together a selection of academics, specialists and those interested in caring for these Children from Arab and Foreign countries to share experiences and raise national regional and international awareness for the upbringing and care of gifted children.

The idea of this conference also aligns with the educational and social contents of Oman Vision 2040, which seeks to develop national competencies in raising outstanding and talented Children.
